Transcript for "Rubrik Tech Dojo EMEA & APAC August 2026: Rubrik AI":
for the, initial two minute weird silence banter. That's that's, that's why they gave me the big bucks. The space filler. Seymour, the space filler. B I a s, breaking ice as a service. Okay. We got a few people on. Hello, everyone. Morning, everyone. It's that time of the month again. Take those your time. Stuff in the audience is ramping up as well, which is awesome. We're not even at 10:00. They're they're all eager to see, Simo break the ice in the first couple of minutes. Simo, how's cat doing? the cat's fine now. Thank you. Thank you. Yeah. I had a little What's going on. with the cow? had a little, had a little issue, but, I good. All good now. thought it was a dog. I mean, he behaves like one. I throw a stick, he goes and chases it. Doesn't bring it back, but he chases it. How many cats have you got? Jake's got, like, a few cats. Three three cats because my He's got a few cats. wife won't just stop bringing animals home. So I'm like, plea please stop. We we don't have infinite space. I've I've never got on with cats. I've never got on with any pets to be fair. I'm just scared of most animals. Oh, no. Cats cats are the best. It's it's really easy to deal with cats. Just just pretend that you have a very picky guest that never leaves. I don't know. That's it. That's it. That's that's what a cat is. Good stuff. So what we'll do, I will I'm gonna start a little video first. It's like a little advertisement, not from external sponsors. It is Rubrik. So while we're just letting the the the last few people in, I'm just gonna share this. You bought a lot of security, but did you ever really feel secure? Now, the threats are faster, more complex, more relentless than before. Every day, AI is rewriting the landscape underneath us. Data has dispersed beyond containment. Identity has become the widest open door in the enterprise. Cybersecurity as we know it is death. The old way of thinking was built on prevention. But what the AI era demands isn't better prevention. It's resilience in real time. Recovery before the threat hits. It's the confidence you can secure and accelerate your business. That's what Rubrik engineered. One platform that secures your data, propels your AI, and protects your identity. Built as one architecture. Forged on the front line. Engineered for endurance. Ready for what's next. Because the organizations that are still built on, still accelerating, those are the ones who are standing on something real. Rubrik, the security and AI operations company. That's pretty cool. Pretty cool. We need to get more of those little ad I like our little adverts. Need to get more of them, Preeti, down there. So, yeah. Greetings, everyone. Good morning, everyone. Thanks for joining TechDojo. There's still, loads of people kind of flooding in, but we'll get started. I will share my screen. Let me share my screen. And, hopefully, everyone can see it. Simo, can you confirm you can see. my screen? Good stuff. Cool. So this edition of TechDojo, we are gonna be talking about Rubrik dot AI. It's something that we released, at Rubrik forward. Really, really cool stuff, and that's what we're gonna go into a little bit more today. This is not Rubrik agent cloud. This is different things. This is Rubrik AI, but Andy's gonna go through that in a short while. I have the great task of, reading without my glasses, the housekeeping. So webinar's being recorded, for your convenience. It can be accessed within the, forty eight hours from the portal. It's this obviously webinar is designed for an, you know, authorized Rubik's partner, so please don't share. It's only intended for partner use and bloody blah blah. I can't be bothered really to read all the little bits you can see on the screen. Safe harbor statement is intended to kind of, outline Rubik's general product direction intended for informational purposes only and may not be incorporated into any contract. Doesn't represent a commitment to deliver any material code or functionality and should not be relied upon in making purchasing decisions. Development release and timing of any features or functionality described for Rubik's products remain at the sole discretion of Rubik. I should actually record myself saying this and put it on two x. It would be a lot easier. Save me save my eyes as well at the same time. So who do we have on today's call? Your ever presence, me, Preeti, and Simo are always gonna be on here. And we have with us Andy Bray. He's, solutions architect from our cloud cloud team. So as usual, I give a little bit of a brief update of where we are with certain things before we get into the webinar. The slide when Brian Boyd gave it to me was 86 black belts globally. I believe we are at 90 now globally, which is pretty cool. Right? It's kinda really been ramping up in the last, probably six six to seven weeks. It's really been ramping up loads of people getting through the, certifications, going through the the, the mentoring stage, and then passing the validation. We have been running some boot camps. So, we've run one, actually, the last couple of days for a a GSI partner who actually sent about 20 people just on you know, just with that one partner, which is really cool. We're running the upcoming ones are in London next week, and then we have Amsterdam as well that is is happening soon. So, you know, reach out to your your partner s your channel SE at Rubrik if you're interested in attending a a boot camp. Otherwise, as you know, it's all in the partner portal. You can just go online and just consume the content, at your own pace. The boot camps are basically designed to just go through the course material. So if you're struggling to make time to do it individually, you just attend a boot camp, and the boot camp just goes through the the the courses, and then you move on to the the mentoring and then validation stage. In terms of green belt, so when we released, the tech champions program, we we we did the white belt, and then we did the black belt. But the green belt was the RTP. The green belt, which was obviously the RTP, the RTP's been around for a while. There's a lot of stuff in there that's probably, redundant or old or older naming conventions, And so we were really keen to refresh content for green belt. And that's now live. So we've got new green belt content. It's actually green belt. It's not RTP. And so anyone that has, that wants to start the journey and has been through a white belt and they wanna get onto the green, they'll be using the new content. And there have been some questions. If if you already have started your RTP, then it's not a problem. You can continue to do the RTP. It's just we're not we're trying not to enroll any more people on the RTP because anyone that wants to do a green belt, they're being directed to the new green belt content. But what I do say is for any individuals who have started the RTP but haven't gone too far, let's say you've done, like, I don't know, maybe an hour or two hours of content. If you were me, I would stop there and just start on the green belt because, obviously, that's more, newer content. But, it's available there for you now. So we've got white, green, and black all in the partner portal. What's next? There's gonna be some more stuff, coming into TechDojos. I'm gonna be talking about now, but, also, what we've released is, h four r for black belt. So Huddl for resilience for black belts. Now what this is is an exclusive club just for Rubik black belts. So if you have black belt, you'll be, getting invited to these, new h four r's. And, essentially, the way we're doing it is one month, there'll be a session with the competitive team, and then the following month will be a session with product development. In the following month month, it'll be with competitive team, and in the following month, it'll be with product development as well. These are not like TechDojo. We're not really just going there and delivering slides. This is you know, we're getting feedback from the black box in advance of these sessions. You send your questions in, and we just go straight into the questions. You know? Hey. You know, such and such competitor has got this in their portfolio, but you don't support it. Why is that? What's your plans to doing this? All those kind of things are applicable in these sessions. We also go through things like road map as well. So it's a really cool exclusive club, which will obviously grow as we keep adding black belts. Tobias Baum, Toby from my team, is heading this up alongside CMO. And, we send out the invites in advance, so you should get, like, a the the next couple of months worth of, of ones in there. Just on that, the next month is gonna be September 10. It's already been put in. It's all geared around SAS and it's with the product development team. So if you haven't got an invite, but you've just become a black belt, don't worry. Toby and CMO, basically, every every couple of days or so, we'll have a look at it. Any new people that are black belts will be invited. We send you an email in advance, obviously, with, you know, for you to register for the event, but also, with, like, a Google form so you can just put in some of your questions in advance. And your questions are what dictate the session's gonna be like. So it's basically a a proper little hurdle for for the black belts. Last thing for me is what is next month's TechDojo. So next month's TechDojo is gonna be, talking about databases in particular. So we're going in on databases on Rubrik. It's on the twenty third of next month. So, you'll get the emails from Preeti. Please register for that. Your channel SEs will also bombard you with multiple messages to to join. But, yep, with that, I'm gonna hand over. I'm gonna stop sharing. I'm gonna hand over to Andy Bray, who is, our cloud architect, who's gonna talk us through rubrik.ai. So over to you, mate. Thank you. Yeah. Morning, everyone. It's good to virtually meet you all. I'll do a quick introduction. I'm Andy Bray, cloud solution architect, here at Rubik in our specialist team covering EMEA. I've been at Rubik for, yeah, just over a year now, and I joined from the National Health Service here in England, NHS England, sort of running their Closer of Excellence, and the nhs.net tenant, which is the largest three six five tenant in the world with over 2,000,000 users, and then, yeah, I think it's about 12 petabytes of data. Yeah. I'm a big f one fan, but, yeah, I'm I'm against brands. I I, yeah, I've always sport Mercedes, yeah, back when, yeah, Lewis was racing. But, yeah, now, you know, George, while he's there. And, like, yeah, we're still waiting for our Rubrik branded merchandise. My boss, Michael Oglesby, has been spearheading our engagement with McLaren, and he's still working on that because, yeah, we got in too late for this year's run of, shirt printing and that. So, yeah. So Rubik AI, I'm gonna pretend I'm an expert in AI. I use it in my day to day life. As you'll see, I've used AI to generate the content for today. But please ask questions in the chat, in the q and a as we go through. And, yeah, if I can answer it, I we're able to take the questions away and get back to you, after the session. So the first challenge is going to make use of the technology for the event and share my screen. So, This is the part that, brings. this is it. I'm gonna go through these slides, for the first, yeah, ten minutes or so. I'll try not to yeah. Yeah. Def by void Def by PowerPoint as best as possible. When I do my, customer sessions, I usually just jump straight into demos. So I'm gonna gonna go into a bit of a video of our demo of our MCP capability, which is new. Then there's gonna be a story lane demo going through a, a cyber incident. And then the dangerous bit is gonna be a live demo in our, yeah, demo environment, and I'll try and make use of Rubik AI by prompting it and that. Let me see if I can put this to present mode. There we go. Hope you can see that, better. So Rubik AI. So, yes, the industry's first cyber resilience agent. As we'll find out, it's been fully built in in house and incorporated, into Rubik's security cloud. So the current sort of landscape in the industry. So, yeah, 40% of enterprise apps will, at some point, try and embed AI agents, this year into their, yeah, platforms and technology. But, yeah, it's less than, yeah, 5% of those currently doing that at the at this present time. And, yeah, 17 times more 17 times more time is spent deploying AI tools than actually, yeah, securing the data that's behind them. And that's where, yeah, Rubrik comes in with our, yeah, rack yeah, Rubrik agent cloud capability to put those guardrails and with agent rewinds, reverse, like, any rogue agent changes to happen. And, yeah, the end era of the static dashboard is over, because making use of these agentic AI capabilities will make, yeah, reporting and dashboarding, yeah, more useful, for the end user. So why we built Rubik AI? Yeah. As it says, yeah, just be able to respond faster to threats within your environment. So we'll alert when there's an an instant and then prompt you on the way through tech to the resolution. The end will, yeah, deploy, the recovery cyber recovery stages as all part of the, sort of chat workflow, which I'll demo in a bit. Yeah. As we're going into more environments, especially cloud, lots of organizations are using multiple clouds. So organizations' environments are growing vastly. We had different technology stacks including SaaS, like three six five and Salesforce. So getting a a full picture of a cyber instance is, yes, usually tricky. So making use of Rubik AI removes the manual steps to go and look into logs and find out what's going on. And, yeah, all the best engineers, you can't clone them in your in the organizations. So, hopefully, AI can help relieve some of the time pressures on, yeah, staffing. So, yeah, from what was used to be called Ruby in Rubik's lead. That was just, you ask the questions, and it just answered based on the question you asked it. It just waits for your next prompt before moving on to the sort of next question. But with Rubik AI, yeah, it informs and recommends and acts, so it'll preempt next questions to ask, based, yeah, based on your initial query. And it always watches for anomalies that's, detected in Rubik's security code and alerts you and then helps you, resolve that cyber incident and, yeah, recommends what the root cause is and, yeah, they can execute fixes with approval. And, yeah, we've got guardrails in place. So, yeah, obviously, yeah, it doesn't go rogue and make changes, yeah, not without users' approvals. Yeah. So onto those guardrails. So, yeah, Rubik's design principle is always, you're always in the control. So Rubik AI will analyze the events and telemetry in Rubik's Security Cloud and the, the knowledge base in the back end and identify, yeah, insights and instance for you, and they will draft a plan of action. And then it's up to you if you want the agent to go and to action those, action plan or you guys go manually, do those changes yourself. So, yeah, data privacy. So, yeah, as we would proceed to security code, only hosts the metadata. It's never gonna touch the customer's live data. Yeah, it's only gonna be trained on that metadata, and they've never shared external outside of Rubrik. It's fairly audible audit it's auditable. So every action is logged in the audit log, and that can be sent to, yeah, seem like Sentinel or Splunk as we do currently with the cloud. Yeah. We're fully in control. Is it yeah. It's only you can run it only in advisory mode. Yeah, they can't make any, automatic changes. And we've had it verified by, yeah, various, yeah, compliance agencies, like, it's in scope, yeah, for our SOC two type two compliance and audit and 27,001 audits. It's classified as not high risk under the EU's AI Act, and it's mapped against, the NIST AI risk management framework. So what can it do? It can't so it can access, yeah, backup metadata, so status, errors, and diagnostics as part of those, backup jobs. Read into your resource configuration, so the what you set as SLA domains, your what's protected and not protected as objects, and if it's, yeah, been successfully archived to, immutable storage, for example. System health checks. So one of the statistics of the clusters, nodes, and, again, connectivity to all the we would compute elements. And, yeah, with its knowledge base, yeah, got access to our product documentation in the back end, and that'd be able to provide the steps for guidance, yeah, to perform actions for, yeah, general admin or, yeah, instant troubleshooting. And, yeah, it all is based on your RBAC permissions in root security code. So you only have access to the objects, for example, that you have access to, and it won't go outside of that. And any sort of sensitive data and, yeah, customer data, it doesn't have access to that. It's just metadata that Blue SkyTruth Cloud holds. So these are some use cases that you can use with a a four. So general BAU configuration tasks, so adding new users to the cloud. It informs you about new features of new releases. Again, so and, yeah, example, there's also SSO setup. As I sort of mentioned, yeah, troubleshooting, so finding out why backups have failed, why they're disconnected, and and then how refresh, yeah, stale vCenter connection, for example, if if that's happened. It will help, yeah, generate, bespoke reporting, using our, yeah, reporting capabilities. So you just prompt the, Rubik AI for what you want in a report, and then you can schedule that to be emailed as, yeah, CSV or PDF on a regular basis, say if you manage clicking through the interface. And they'll also help you raise support cases with our support team and give you, yeah, status updates on the progress of them. So, yeah, in action, yeah, the old way. Yeah. You manage manage it. Manually, it's gonna have to go and research, yeah, the signals and events across all the clusters, logs, hypervisors, multiple clouds. And that's, yeah, wasting hours of, yeah, engineers or, yeah, users' time to pull that altogether just to answer, yeah, a simple reporting question. And so with Google AI, it will automatically generate the root cause analysis for you, remediation plan, yeah, and you can approve that. And it's all in plain language. So you just, like, say, for example, show a seven day compliance by cluster and highlight anything under 95%, and it'll give you the answer. It says instantly, but, yeah, give it, yeah, thirty seconds or so for it to go and query all the logs and what it needs to go often, query. And, yeah, again, all within your access controls that you've got permissions to. So it's all been built into Ruby City Cloud. It's not a bolt on. So unlike, yeah, other platforms that you use third party agents to use for their agent, capabilities. So, yeah, it's autonomous operations built in. Shares the same assume a breach architecture, as as our principles are, and data at rest, as the rest of the platform. Yeah. Seamless orchestration across all the platforms. So, yeah, as I said, on prem, databases, SaaS, cloud, it's all in one platform. And it'll work alongside the existing security tools. Let's say I'll replace them. So as I go into a minute with the MCP capability that's currently in beta, you'd be able to have Rubik Rubik AI in, yeah, sort of Copilot, Claude, and any other AI tools, you make use of in the organizations. So, yeah, a bit summary. So Agenix, yeah, AI within Rooted Security Cloud. Yeah, we've got the MCP service coming in beta. I'll show you a video of that next. And, yeah, agent to agent. So it'll work with other systems like a SOC workflow. Yeah, maybe in your scene with Sentral Splunk and then trigger actions in route exclusively from those systems. Quick overview. So versus what Rubik AI and what the MCP, the differences between them. So RubyAI, yes, we were built and trained. Yes, for built into Ruby's code. Well, and, yeah, the MCP, you can incorporate into, yeah, Copilot, Claude, whatever tool you're already using. The scope for Rubik AI, yes, just Rubik only, basically. But the MCP, if it connects into, yeah, Claude, for example, it could also make use of the other connections you got in MCP connections you got in built into calls. So, like, email, Slack, Microsoft Teams, that sort of thing. So you could trigger automated emails and Slack alerts to your team, for example, from, yeah, centralized tool. Setup. Yeah. It's built in. So, so there's no configuration not required other than enabling it under settings. With MCP, yeah, you have to connect it. You do the normal connection steps as you would for any MCP in an AI platform. And what it's best for? Yeah. Rubik AI is quick and dirty to resolve questions or queries in Rubik's security cloud. While, yeah, the MCP, yeah, you can standardize all your sort of MCPs in one stack. And, yeah, it's not just Rubik. It's across multiple tools. Just got some questions in here before I go into the next demo. Can we prompt on Rubik AI to try to assign new VMs with specific main critical? We can do that. How can we monitor process? Yeah. So you can, yeah, create SLAs using, yeah, Rubik AI and then go and assign them to your relevant, you know, virtual machines. In example, any object that's discovered in Root Security Cloud. And, yeah, it'll tell you the, yeah, the progress of that sort of action in the, sort window pane. It was it's for Rubik a Rubik AI, which you'll see in more detail in a minute when I give a live demo, hopefully. Okay. So let me exit this. I'm just gonna show you, yeah, a video of the MCP, capabilities. Obviously, this is in beta. So, yeah, obviously, usual, yeah, disclaimer that this could change and, yeah, it's not GA yet, but, hopefully, you can see that. So I can get rid of that on bars. So it's making use of the other MCP connections in their AI tools. So it's querying Slack. And, yeah, it's a bit of an it's an instant regarding a yeah. It something like crowd strikes identified, and it's gonna go off and query Rubrik if that threat has been identified in any of the backups in the last, yeah, twenty four hours or so. Yeah. And also raising security instance with, yeah, ServiceNow. So, yeah, within that, sir, single queries, yeah, create, yeah, four different platforms and done different actions on all those platforms, yeah, within, yeah, within a minute, which could take, yeah, five or ten minutes if you manage you manually had to go and do those tasks. So onto a bit of a story lane demo. So the story lane still refers to, yeah, Ruby, but in your mind, just replace that with Rubik AI. So in the notifications in Ruby Security Cloud, it's alerted that it's identified a malicious file. So you just can go and click in, to that alert, and then it brings up, yeah, Rubik AI. So that's, where you can see. make that full screen? On the on the top right? Will it expand out? It's just a little bit small. I don't know if it is for everyone else. I know you can zoom, but, you know, top right of the black box, does that not would. that not full, screen. in? Yeah. Alright. There you. go. That's. better. Thank you. can see it. Cheers, mate. No worries. Yeah. So then bring up the Reebok AI, sort of window. You can see more details of, what is detected. And, yeah, it gives you the threat details and provides all the hashes, for for that file. So, yeah, you can take a copy of that hash and go and do a turbo threat hunt with that. Then it it gives you prompts of what to do next in Rubik AI. So give us more about tells us more about this eight malware. So it gives you a description, what it does, and the issues with it. Yeah. So I said, yeah, we have front end. So this is where yeah. Search for additional indicators to compromise as the next step. And, yes, we wanna do that. So that now gives you a bit of a report of the date and time, this, yeah, malware was detected in the backups. So you can get the report for that. So you can see what's where the malicious files are and all the affected objects and the compromised snapshots. You can download that report and, obviously, share that with your security team or, yeah, engineers that needs to be resolved. And for client compliance reasons, yeah, you want to go and check if there's any sensitive data on those objects, and, yeah, you have to alert the relative authorities to avoid, yeah, fines and that sort of thing, for example. So it's detected this sensitive data on those affected objects. Oh, yeah. The I think these are virtual machines, you know, domain controllers. So what's the next recommend next steps? So it recommends quarantine those effective objects, and then we cover to the latest clean copy, yeah, backup. Quick one, Andy. Yeah. Just quick question, from Mohammed saying, Andy, can we prompt on Rubrik dot AI to automatically assign new VMs with specific name critical to a specific SLA? If we can do it, how do we monitor this process? Would it be in the audit report? Specifics. Yeah. I suppose you could yeah. Yeah. You can assign an SLA to, yeah, VM called anything and through, yeah, Rubik AI. One is yeah. And I guess, yeah, the tracking of that action will happen in the Rubik AI screen here, for example. And, yeah, it's all in the audit logs of what changes Rubik AI makes. So, yeah, hopefully, that answers that question. We deploy as a policy. We we put a tag on, and then and then you tell Rubik AI to assign the SLA domain or policy. So yeah. I've got it'd be If you got, yeah, if you got the yeah. Any critical VMs as a tagging, yeah, create a tag rule, that way. Yeah. As well. So yeah. Definitely. Cool. Yeah. So now we're going off and quarantine those message snapshots. Yes. We wanna do that. So it's prompting you every time to confirm that you wanna make those, yeah, do those automated changes. So now it's, yeah, it's been quarantined, and now it's asked if you wanna do a recovery plan and carry on for the recovery. So that's a quick demo of that. So let me exit out of there. Now let me switch to Gaia and do some live demoing, which might be interesting. So got Rubik AI at the top, so you just click that and it opens, yeah, Rubik AI window on the right hand side. On first opening, it gives you some suggestions of what you might wanna go and ask about. So you just click on there, and it'll go and find out why there's a cluster missing off the custom map, so that might be a connectivity issue. So it'll go and investigate what's going on with that and, yeah, find the root cause. Obviously, give this, yeah, minute or two to go and query. And you you can keep on, yeah, open another, yeah, open another tab and keep on peer querying, have a, yeah, which sessions with Rubik AI if you wanna do stuff in the background. Yeah. So it's come over a couple of two common causes, what might might be the issue, and it gives you some sort of recommended next steps on what to do to resolve those issues. And then, yeah, obviously, follow on questions to that. So, yeah, I've got some yeah. Another troubleshooting query. So this is one I prepared earlier. So show show me old failed backup jobs in the last twenty four hours and then give the report is so similar to this. But, again, it'll go away and find that information for you. So it's the same as any other AI agent. Yeah. It tells you what is going on. So it's analyzing, reasoning, and then processing the response. For all the people logged in, there is, I'm zoom button on the screen as well. So if you wanna zoom in and then, move to the right, then you can kind of see the the AI piece a little bit more clearly. gonna make this screen and see if that makes sense a bit. Yeah. So, yeah, you can see yeah. Expanded what steps it's doing, so you can keep track of what it's actually querying in the background. Yeah. Once this is complete, and then we're gonna show, yeah, sort of reporting capabilities from this. So based on these, failed jobs, 24 jobs, Yeah. Then do a regular report for this and then, yeah, email it to the relevant people that needs it on a daily basis. It's the next step. I suppose the key thing with this is it's gonna be doing it automatically anyways, isn't it? It's not reliant on you to to constantly go and find that information. It'll. come to you and. ask. So you can go and do other jobs while it's doing this in the background. So, yeah, you can go and, yeah, go and create some SLA domains and stuff and stuff, etcetera. So until it comes back. There we go. So it's found, yeah, a 169 failed jobs and, yeah, potential root causes for them. And what's the biggest contributors to those failed jobs? Obviously, all these failed jobs in this demo environment on purpose, for demo demoing purposes. So you can go into more details on a specific one. But now I want to go and say, create a daily report on these findings. So, hopefully, yeah, that'll go and automate that for on a daily basis now, so you don't have to go in here and ask Rubik AI on every day, yeah, what's happening. Then, yeah, I'll go into configuration steps once this is finished. But, yeah, by crook yeah. Finding out what SLAs exist and, you know, creating them, for example. There you go. So it's giving you a draft of what the report will be. So it's just, yeah, you can verify, yes, continue with that, and then schedule it to run daily and email as required. So I'm just gonna do a configuration task list of query SLA domains. Let me find out which one's got the shortest retention. Yeah. So maybe, if you're having an issue that you find you that there's an SLA domain somewhere that's been set to maybe just seven days retention and you yeah. Corporate policy should be thirty days. So we're gonna find where that SLA policy is and go and make the changes required. Again, let's see what steps it's doing while we're waiting. Yeah. There you go. So we got an AWS SSA domain that's got, yeah, nine days set. So maybe we wanna go into that more details of that and, yeah, go make changes to that. And then the final sort of demo I've got is around support cases. So you can prompt yeah. Give us all the support cases that are currently for our so I assigned to our RC instance, which I expect is not any in this example. But, yeah, that's just an example of what you can do. Gotcha. Yeah. That's all I've got. Question. Any questions? Question. Yeah. Is, do you have to be logged in to get this information? Like, imagine if you're not logged into RSC, you're just working elsewhere. Will it send you, like, an email, or how will it kinda contact you to say, hey. Something's happened or you need to go and have a look? Yeah. You still get the normal email alerts for, yeah, anomalies and cyber detection. But for Rubik AI, you have to be logged in and, yeah, it'll come up with a prompt. Yeah. And, yeah, you're notif yeah. I'll close this for it. Under your notifications, you'll get a prompt here, but you gotta be logged in to see this. But you'll still get the normal email alerts from RSC if there's an incident detected. Yeah. Obviously, a critical one will obviously get emailed. Yeah. Any other questions? Yeah. Please raise them in the chat and, yeah, pick them up. Let, me just have a look. q and a. I think, you Yeah. In the q and a. Does the config backup for system prompts, tool permissions, and skills work without a GitHub or Azure DevOps connector? And does it need the cloud enterprise connector, or is it standalone? Yeah. It doesn't need Ruby AI doesn't need any connectors. It's all built into Ubrik Security Cloud. Yeah. If those of you using the MCP capabilities, that's coming, yeah, you can make them make use of, yeah, any other connectors in that, like Claude, for example, Copilot, that make use of them at the same time for anything. But, yes, with AI is just stand alone, you know, generally. There we go. Agent cloud reads as US only in your subprocessor list. AWS and Okta in The USA, Predi based underneath. RSC has EU regions and went GA on the European sovereign cloud in July. What does US only mean in practice, and is an EU region on the roadmap? That's probably just the the instance of what you're using, isn't it? You're probably. using. stuff. This, yeah, our Gaia demo lab is in yes. Usually, yeah, is in The US region. But, yeah, if your customer if customer's in, an EU, their IC instance will be in in an EU region in GCP or AWS. One from Priyanka. If backup failed, then can Rubik AI, something for resolution? So I'm guessing that means can it help find for resolution? And can Rubrik info infra be con configured in AI infra? And if we configured in AI infra, then how can Rubrik help in GPU? Is that, if backup failed, then can Rubrik AI be used for the resolution? So I think if if if a backup's failed, rubrik.ai will prompt to say that's it's something's failed and and the root cause for it. Can the infrastructure be configured in the AI part? Yeah. I think so. I think you can tell rubrik.ai to to make, you know, make those changes and SLAs and stuff. And if we can reconfigure it in m m for AI, then how can Rubik help in GPU? Can Rub AI run on demand snapshot? Yeah. Pretty much. Yeah. It can really. Yeah. You can do you can do pretty much anything you can do with your credentials pretty much, isn't it, when you're in AI, Yeah. In. in the background, it'll just leverage the we would scooter cloud APIs and, yeah, do anything that you would yes. Click ops in the interface. Good stuff. Any more questions? Just stick them in. I did wanna read one thing out. So, Mpho Mangalo, who's one of our new newest black belts. So congratulations on that. He's put a nice little quote in here that says, Rubrik AI has honestly made my life so much easier. Mornings used to be a drag, spent hunting through pages of failure logs to figure out what went wrong overnight. Now I just open Rubrik and get an instant clear summary that explains exactly why a backup failed and how to fix it. So nice little comment there. That sounds like a blog to me, like a blog post that needs to be put all over the Internet somewhere. But that's really cool. We'll give her another minute or so if there are any more questions on this. But, yeah, I think the key difference for me was it's it's we kind of started off with Rubik, with Ruby. And Rubik was quite cool, but had quite limited scope in what it could do. And now with with Rubik AI, it's kind of just expanded the whole of that scope, to give you a lot more information whereby you don't need to do a lot of manual work to go and find and tie and stitch things together, especially when things go wrong. And it's kind of doing and it's basically what we're in the world we're pretty much living in now, isn't it? Whereby you've got kind of AI versions in in so many different platforms that you don't even want like, you just go and talk to it and just speak a natural language and get the information that you need. So you don't even have to be, like a like a hardcore expert in Rubik to be able to to to kind of navigate and and do certain operations because, essentially, now you can just talk to Rubik AI, and Rubik AI will pretty much do those those things for you as well. Good stuff. I mean, obviously, this this part of, the the TechDojo with Rubik AI is separate from Rubik agent cloud. But, obviously, we all the things that we talk about with Rubrik Agent Cloud will be applicable to Rubrik, AI as well. But as Andy was talking about, it's still within the realm of Rubrik Security Cloud. But if there's no more questions, we'll we'll leave it there. Obviously, we'll Preeti will put the the recording out onto the partner portal. If you have any further questions, it always happens if you think of something as soon as the the call finishes, then, just reach out to us, and and we'll get that answered. But, yeah, I just wanna say thanks, Sandy, for the session today, No. We have thanks for inviting life. me. Yeah. It's? my that was yeah. It's my. first one as well. So yeah. First tech dojo. So yeah. So, yeah, excellent session. As you can see, we're moving at incredible pace, that rubric, especially from an AI perspective. Just trying to make everyone's lives easier. And, yeah, with that, we'll let everyone jump off, and we'll give fifteen minutes back to everyone. So have a good day, and have a good weekend, and we'll catch you on the next one. Thanks, everyone.
